Parent’s Role

Parent’s Role Parents should ensure that their wards carry the school diary everyday to school. The particulars of their ward in the first two pages should be filled in all respects as soon as the Diary is bought. Parents should see to it that their ward completes the daily assignment. They should also read and sign if any note is sent by the class teacher or the subject teacher. Parents can also communicate with the teacher through the diary. Special pages for the above purpose are provided to be made use of as and when required. Parents should ensure that their ward brings the books/note books as per the schedule everyday.

Staff Culture

Staff Culture School reporting timings: Before 8:20 am in winter and 7:40 am in summer Memos will be issued to late comers, ones who report after 7:40 am in summers and 8:20 am in winters. Three late arrivals (after 8:15 am in winter and 8:00 am in summer) will be considered as one day leave without salary/casual leave. Availing leave without intimation will be considered as absent. Half day during the first half in the morning session is strictly prohibited. Incase of unfavourable circumstance and unavoidable matters, the staff must give a phone call to concerned staff prior to 10-15 minutes of arrival time.  In case of emergency, a phone call to the concerned stake holder is mandatory to get a leave sanctioned.  Teachers are advised not to take prefix or suffix leave between the holidays. If planning/taking the leave in between holidays, it will be marked as absent/leave without pay. It is compulsory to be present on the first working day and on the last working day before &
