  1. School reporting timings: Before 8:20 am in winter and 7:40 am in summer
  2. Memos will be issued to late comers, ones who report after 7:40 am in summers and 8:20 am in winters.
  3. Three late arrivals (after 8:15 am in winter and 8:00 am in summer) will be considered as one day leave without salary/casual leave.
  4. Availing leave without intimation will be considered as absent.
  5. Half day during the first half in the morning session is strictly prohibited.
  6. Incase of unfavourable circumstance and unavoidable matters, the staff must give a phone call to concerned staff prior to 10-15 minutes of arrival time. 
  7. In case of emergency, a phone call to the concerned stake holder is mandatory to get a leave sanctioned. 
  8. Teachers are advised not to take prefix or suffix leave between the holidays. If planning/taking the leave in between holidays, it will be marked as absent/leave without pay.
  9. It is compulsory to be present on the first working day and on the last working day before & after summer/winter break.
  10. Medical leave can be considered with prior production of proof of the situation.
  11. Casual attitude towards reporting & dispersal time will not be accepted.
  12. Only two casual leaves can be availed within a month. It is mandatory to come to school for school activities like picnic or any other school. Any extra casual leave will be counted as leave without pay.
  13. For early emergency due to unavoidable emergency exit from school, only three ‘Out pass’ can be applied. Fourth out pass will be considered ‘Half Day’.
  14. No leaves will be entertained until severe medical emergency. 

  15. No leave is granted during examinations and on national festivals.

  16. Not more than two teachers are allowed to apply for casual leave within one day.

  17. It is mandatory for all the staff members to follow the dress code.  

  18. It is 12 casual leaves will be given to teaching staff and 12 casual leaves will be given to administrative staff within an academic session. Those who do not use all their leaves will get an encash amount  at the end of the academic session.

  19. All staff members are supposed to be present for general meetings with Principal/ Coordinators. 

  20. It is mandatory for all the staff members to follow the dress code.

  21. Failing to carry out allotted duties during school hours, will make it liable for written explanation/stern action by the management.

  22. Corporal punishment is not allowed. If there are any issues with the students in the classroom/ school campus, the hierarchy is to be followed by all the teachers.

  23. Timely completion of syllabus and fair assessment during examination is expected from each one.

  24. No teacher is allowed to take tuitions of the student studying in the school. Strict action will be taken against those not following the protocol.

  25. Duties allotted to teachers during the academic session are expected to be carried, without questioning the authorities.

  26. The examination cell and the timetable incharges will be fair while allotting duties during the examination and follow the instructions given by the Principal & Coordinators for a smooth conduction of examination.

  27. No one is permitted to publicise/run any business in the school premises.(buy and sell articles).

  28. Teachers will not accept gifts from any child on their birthday, Teachers' day or any such occasions.

  29. Abstain from giving parties in your section at all times.
