Parent’s Role Parents should ensure that their wards carry the school diary everyday to school. The particulars of their ward in the first two pages should be filled in all respects as soon as the Diary is bought. Parents should see to it that their ward completes the daily assignment. They should also read and sign if any note is sent by the class teacher or the subject teacher. Parents can also communicate with the teacher through the diary. Special pages for the above purpose are provided to be made use of as and when required. Parents should ensure that their ward brings the books/note books as per the schedule everyday.

 Instructions that can be stated on Date sheet of examination Note: Examinations of all the Claeses IX-XII will also be conducted together.  Duration of each paper of major subjects will be _____ Hours. Reporting time during examination will be 8:30 AM.  Dispersal time 11: 15 AM. 2.  Student should wear a mask, carry sanitizer and maintain social distance all the time. Dos and Don’t of Examination Any item which could be used for unfair means is not allowed. Calculator, p en drives, Electronic pen/scanner, mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band, camera, wallet, goggles, handbags, pouches, eatable, etc are barred items in the examination hall . Textual material (printed or written)  Bits of papers  Log table (shall be provided by the centres)  

 Responsibility and duties of Examination Cell Scheduling date sheets of respective examinations and printing the same. Arranging answer sheets and question papers for respective examinations of Theory and Practicals. Framing seating plan chart and duty roaster of invigilators, relievers Informing class teachers to prepare their classes to prepare seating plan (by mentioning roll no on desk, etc). Informing students about the dos and don’t of examinations Instructing students about the protocols to be followed by ‘Malpractices’ during examinations. Especially, stating the follow up protocols for students who are cheating exams
